Identify who issued a refund

You can identify who issued a refund on the Dashboard if you have the Admin user role.

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar, and then select Settings.

  3. Under Team settings, select User activity.

  4. Select Filter by action _> _Refunded a payment, then select Apply.

  5. Use the Select date option to narrow results to the desired date range.

  6. You can view the email and role of the user who performed the refund in the relevant entry.

  7. For more details about the user, expand the activity entry and select View user profile.
