Checkout.com Dashboard’s search functionality does not display transactions older than 12 months.
To check the refund status of a payment older than a year, you can open the payment details directly by pasting the payment ID in the browser's payment URL. To do this:

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Go to Payments > Processing > All Payments.

Select any payment from the list.
In your browser's address bar, the URL is displayed in the following format: ``https://dashboard.checkout.com/payments/all-payments/payment/

Replace the
<payment-ID>with the payment ID of the transaction you want to check. -
Load the updated URL to see all events related to the transaction, including refunds.
