You cannot cancel or void a refund.
However, Checkout.com may be able to reverse it. When the refund clears, request support and provide the following transaction details:

Payment ID
-
Date
-
Refund amount
If we cannot reverse the refund, you have the option to charge the customer again using the same card.
To do this, you can utilize the API.
Remember to inform the customer in advance about the new payment.
