Review transaction refund status in the Dashboard

To review refund status:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Processing > All payments.

The table displays all payments on your account from newest to oldest. The_ Status _column displays the current status of each payment.

  1. Select a payment to view additional details. For example, the payment timeline.
