View historical dispute data

You can view historical dispute data for a disputed payment on the Dashboard:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Payments > Processing > Disputes.
  3. Select the disputed payment to open its Payment details page.
  4. Review the Payment timeline to see the payment's dispute history.
