How to download Visa scheme case files from the Dashboard

To download the scheme case files for a Visa dispute, you must have one of the following user roles:

  • Admin

  • Compliance operator

  • Developer

  • Disputes manager

  • Read only

  • Risk manager

  • Support manager

  • A custom role with the View and search for payments permission

 

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Processing > All Payments.

  3. Select the relevant payment to view the Payment details page.

  4. On the Payment details page, under Payment timeline, expand the relevant dispute stage.

  5. Under Scheme case files, select the Download icon.
