  2. Under the Settings tab select User Permissions.
  3. Select View all roles to expand the role list and see the Custom and Pre-defined roles.
  4. To create a new role, select the New role button. Alternatively, click on an existing role to edit its permissions.
  5. In the user list, select a user to open the details window.
  6. Select Edit user and use the Role drop-down to update a user's role.
  7. Tick or untick the Legal entities you want the user to have access to.
  8. Click the Save button to confirm.

Fore more details, visit the User permissions page in the Documentation website. This page includes information about all the pre-defined Dashboard role types and a table comparing the permissions for each role.
