If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the Checkout.com Dashboard, MFA will not be enabled within the Dashboard.
This is because when SSO is enabled for your organization, the authentication process is handled by your identity provider (IdP) and not directly by the Checkout.com Dashboard. This means MFA settings within the Dashboard are bypassed in favor of the authentication mechanisms provided by your IdP.
