Unlock your Dashboard account

After five failed sign-in attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons. To unlock it, contact our Support team at support@checkout.com. They will assist you in unlocking your account and generating a temporary password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password form.

Note

If you use SSO to access the Dashboard and are having sign in issues, contact your organisation's administrator or IT Team for assistance.
