Reset Dashboard password

Live account

To reset the password on your live account, complete the Forgot Password form.

Test account

To reset the password on your test account, complete the Forgot Password form.

You'll then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Information

If you remember your password and just want to change it, go to the User security section in the Dashboard, and follow the steps to change your password.
