Card payout funds not been received or returned

On rare occasions, even if a card payout transaction is successful, the issuer can decide to revert the funds via a chargeback.  

Typically, the issuer informs the payout recipient, and provides proof and an explanation of the decision. 

When this happens, contact your account manager or request support. Checkout.com can help you process the reversal and provide the necessary proof.
