You can review the status of a card payout in the Dashboard, or with the Checkout.com API.
Review a card payout's status in the Dashboard
| Note: You must have the View and search for payments user permission. |
To find a card payout and check its status:
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Go to Payments > Processing > All payments.
- Enter the card payout's ID in the Search field.
- Review the payout's status in the Status column.
Review a card payout's status with the API
To review a card payout's status with the API, call the Get payment details endpoint and provide the card payout's ID as the {id} path parameter.
If the payout's status stays Pending
Checkout.com screens card payouts for compliance. If we need more information before we approve a payout, we send you a compliance request, and the payout's status stays Pending while that request is open.
