I can't see the option to add funds in the Dashboard

To add funds to your Checkout.com Business Account, ensure you have either an Admin user role or a custom role with the View balances permission.

However, if you're contracted with any of the following Checkout.com entities, you must contact your account manager or request support to add funds to your account:

  • Australia – Checkout.com Australia Pty Ltd

  • Canada – Checkout Payment Systems Canada Inc.

  • Hong Kong – Checkout Limited

  • Japan – Checkout Kabushiki Kaisha

  • New Zealand – Checkout Limited (NZ)

  • Saudi Arabia – Checkout KSA for Communication and Information Technology Co.

  • United Arab Emirates – Checkout MENA FZ-LLC
