How can I fix a negative balance?

If an entity has a negative Available balance, you need to add funds to ensure continuity of your services. 
 
For entities in the European Economic Area, (EEA), Singapore, UK, or US, a banner appears on the Balances screen in the Dashboard to prompt you to add funds to the balance.
 
To view the Balances screen:
 
  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Business account > Balances.
