If an entity has a negative Available balance, you need to top it up to ensure continuity of your services and receive settlements. For entities in the European Economic Area, (EEA), Singapore, UK, or US, a banner appears on the Balances screen in the Dashboard to prompt you to add funds to the balance. To view the Balances screen:

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Go to Business account > Balances.
You can fix your balance in the following ways:

Add funds using a bank transfer.

Transfer funds from another sub-account.
