To change your company's corporate ownership, contact our Support team and provide the following information:

Signed and dated shareholder structure document:
- Depending on regional requirements, this document must be certified by an authorized entity or individual.
- In some regions, a signature from the CEO will suffice.

Statutory document:

Must be less than 3 months old and clearly reflect the ownership percentage of all Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).

ID verification documents:
- Required for the new UBOs.
- See document requirements.
An Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) is an individual who owns 25% or more of the company, either directly or through ownership of multiple holding companies.
