Unable to sign in to the Dashboard

When you sign in to the Dashboard, enter your email address and then select either Sign in with password or Sign in with SSO.

If you sign in with your email address and password, you can reset your password for the Sandbox or Production environments. Contact your organization's administrator to request a password reset.

If you sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) and cannot access the Dashboard, contact your organization's SSO administrator for assistance.

If your email domain uses SSO but you are trying to access a separate account that does not use SSO, select Sign in with password instead.
