For security and compliance reasons, only an active Dashboard admin can modify your user role and permissions. Checkout.com cannot modify on your admin's behalf. To find users who are admins on your account:

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar, and then select Settings.

On the Settings page, under Team settings, select Admins. The page displays the list of admins and their email addresses.
