Cannot view the full bank details on the Bank settlements page

To ensure the security of sensitive information, access to complete bank details in your account is restricted based on user roles.

Who can view complete bank details?

  • Account owners and Admins – Users assigned these roles have full access to view complete bank details without any masking.

  • Custom roles – Custom roles with the View sensitive bank account details for settlements permission allow full access to unmasked bank details. 

All other users see masked bank details to protect sensitive information.
