An MT103 is a SWIFT message that confirms a specific bank transfer and serves as formal proof of payment. It is not the same as a Settlement Breakdown Report or Settlement Statement.
MT103s are generated by the sending bank (Checkout.com's bank) when we instruct a settlement payout. It includes all the details of the payment, including:
- Sender – Checkout.com
- Receiver – You
- Date
- Currency
- Amount
To get an MT103 for a payout, request support and provide the payout/settlement ID. We can then send you a copy.
The MT103 can only be supplied by Checkout.com, not by the sending or receiving bank.
