If a first-party or third-party service experiences an outage or incident, its status is updated on the service status page:

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Select the Support menu, and then select Service status.
Services are grouped by operational areas and may display one of the following statuses:

Operational
-
Degraded performance
-
Partial outage
-
Major outage
Checkout.com also sends you an email containing the following information:
-
The affected service and its status.
-
The impact it may have on your integration.
-
Any actions you may need to take.
-
When you can expect the next update.
