How will I know if there's a service outage or incident?

If a first-party or third-party service experiences an outage or incident, its status is updated on the service status page:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Select the Support menu, and then select Service status.

Services are grouped by operational areas and may display one of the following statuses:

  • Operational

  • Degraded performance

  • Partial outage

  • Major outage

Checkout.com also sends you an email containing the following information:

  • The affected service and its status.

  • The impact it may have on your integration.

  • Any actions you may need to take.

  • When you can expect the next update.
