How to check if a payment was settled in my bank account

To check if a specific payment is included in a settlement paid out to your bank account, follow these steps:

  1. Identify the settlement payout from Checkout.com on your bank statement, using the unique 12-character settlement/payout ID on the report. For example, 000G7HDD96SH

  2. Find the Financial Actions by Payout ID Report or Settlement Breakdown Report with the corresponding settlement/payout ID in the filename. 

For example, for a payout on your bank statement of 000G7HDD96SH on 14/01/2021, the filename of the corresponding report is:

  • financial-actions_{your entity ID}_20210114_000G7HDD96SH_1.csv

  • settlement-breakdown{your entity ID}_20210114_000G7HDD96SH_1.csv

  1. Search for the payment ID in the Payment ID field to confirm it is included in the amount settled in your bank account.
