If a sub-account's Available balance goes negative, no settlements or settlement reports are generated until your balance is positive again.
It also means that you have no funds for Bank and Card Payouts, sub-account transfers, or Issuing payments, which may therefore fail.
Consider enabling Carried forward status to help manage settlements when your Available balance goes negative.
