Unable to update bank account details

To update your bank account details, you must be both:

  1. An authorized or delegated signatory for your organization
  2. A Dashboard user with the Administrator or a custom role with the View sensitive bank account details for settlements permission

If you are not a signatory, contact your account manager or request support to be added as a signatory for your organization.

If you do not have the correct Dashboard access, ask a user with the Administrator role in your organization to add you as a Dashboard user with the Administrator role.
