Payment missing from Financial Actions by Payout ID Report

If a payment does not appear in the Financial Actions by Payout ID Report for the expected timeframe, you can check which settlement payout it was included in in the Dashboard.

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Processing > All payments

  3. Select the relevant payment to view the _Payment details _page.

  4. On the Payment details page, under Settlements, the settlement ID for the payout the payment was included in is displayed.
