To see an overview of your settlements in the Dashboard, you must have one of the following user roles:
- Administrator
- A custom role with the View and search for settlements permission
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Go to Business account > Settlements.
You can see the list of settlements along with their statuses. Find the settlement you're looking for and use the settlement status to understand where the settlement is in the process.
If you do not see the settlement you're looking for, that indicates that it has not been generated yet.
To view the details of a specific settlement, you must have one of the following user roles:
- Administrator
- A custom role with the View settlements details and download the transaction breakdown report permission
Search the settlements overview using the settlement ID and select the relevant settlement to open the Settlement details page.
