Can't access the documentation site

If you're experiencing issues accessing the documentation site, try the following:

  • Use a different browser.
  • Disable all browser extensions.
  • Disconnect from any active virtual private networks (VPNs).
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Contact your internet service provider (ISP) and ask them to clear the cached site on their end.

If the issue persists, contact your account manager or support@checkout.com with details of the error and the troubleshooting steps you've tried.
