If your settlement is missing, it may not have been generated for one of the following reasons:
- Your Available balance is not eligible for settlement – Settlements are only generated when your Available balance is positive and exceeds your configured payout threshold.
For example, if your payout threshold is set to 1,000 USD, a settlement is generated when your Available balance is greater than that amount. - Changes to your settlement configuration, such as time zone or frequency, can impact when settlements are generated. Check that no recent configuration changes are affecting your schedule.
We recommend enabling the Carried forward status to help improve visibility. This generates a settlement according to your schedule, even if the funds are not eligible yet. These carried-forward funds are included in your next eligible settlement.
