Disputes are excluded from the Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP) if they are processed through Rapid Dispute Resolution (excluding TC40 fraud reports).
TC40 fraud qualified for Compelling Evidence 3.0 is excluded from the VAMP ratio.
