Registration process
If you’re interested in registering under CFAP, please contact your Account Manager or raise a support request in our Dashboard. We’ll work with you to arrange registration with Visa.
You’ll also need to ensure your website and checkout meets the following CFAP requirements:
- The Visa Direct Service is presented wherever Money Movement Networks are offered as options, including, without limitation: (i) when a user initiates a payment transaction and is prompted to provide payment credential; (ii) when a user sets, changes or confirms a default payment method
- The Visa Direct Service is displayed in a manner equal to, and in no less prominent position than, any other Money Movement Network, including, without limitation: (i) placement in any list, (ii) font size and (iii) visual emphasis or highlighting
- The total cost to the user for using Visa Direct for AFTs is reasonably set in relation to the direct processing costs for the transaction. Your fee practices must always follow applicable law
- If you provide support services (e.g., customer service support services, exception handling) for other Money Movement Networks, then you must provide the same services for the Visa Direct Service
- The Visa Direct value proposition is actively and clearly articulated wherever you reference the Visa Direct Service (e.g., a Real-Time payment option providing users access to funds in real time or quickly, seven days a week, including public holidays and weekends)
