Update settlement speed

Updating the settlement speed for your account requires a re-evaluation of your business's credit risk exposure. Contact your account manager or request support and provide the following information:

  • Financial statements – Provide the following documents to support your request:

    • Most current audited year-end financial statements (unless already provided during the initial review and not required for a public corporation)
    • Most current interim financial statements, which can be company-prepared (not required for a public corporation)
  • Bank statements – If you are unable to produce audited year-end financial statements and are not a public corporation, provide three months of current bank statements.

Additional information

  • The Credit Risk team might request additional documents. We will communicate with you if we have any further requests.
  • If the Credit Risk team declines the request, we inform you accordingly. 
  • If the Credit Risk team approves the request, we will update the settlement arrears settings on your account.
