Onboard a new Legal Entity (Company)

To add a new legal entity (company) to an existing contract, you must:

  • Submit a Merchant Application Form.
  • Upload the required verification documents.
  • Sign an Accession Agreement.

To start this process, contact our Support team or your Account Manager.

Required information

To initiate the process, please provide the following details:

  • Legal entity name: The full legal name of the new company.
  • Legal entity address: The official address of the new company.
  • Estimated Monthly Processing Volume (MPV): The expected total amount in transactions per month.
  • Estimated Monthly Number of Transactions (NT): The projected number of monthly transactions.
  • URL: The website address for the new company.
  • Line of business/Types of products being sold: A brief description of the business and the products or services offered.
  • Desired payment methods/Card brands: Specify the payment methods and card brands you wish to enable for the new entity.
  • Contact person details: Add the contact details of the person who will be the point of contact for onboarding the new entity.

Next steps

Once we receive the information mentioned, we will send you the Merchant Application Form to complete.

To enable us to proceed with adding the new entity to your account, ensure you upload all required documents and that you signed the Accession Agreement.
