Add or update authorized and delegated signatories

An authorized or delegated signatory is an individual designated to sign and perform specific actions, such as signing pricing and legal agreements or activating new products, on behalf of your organization.

Authorized Signatories

During the onboarding process, you will be required to identify your authorized signatory or signatories. Depending on your company's legal structure and country of operation, identity verification may be necessary.

Post-onboarding, you can add and update your authorized signatories as well. Please contact your Account manager or Support team for further assistance.

Delegated Signatories Post-Onboarding

After onboarding, you have the option to add delegated signatories. These individuals will have the authority to perform a limited set of specified actions, such as updating settlement schedules, on behalf of your organization.
