Stop settlements to your existing bank account

To stop settlements to an existing bank account, an authorized or delegated signatory from your company must contact our Support team or your Account Manager.

They must provide information on how you want us to handle any remaining funds in the currency accounts. You have two options:

  • Settle remaining balance: Settle any remaining balance to the settlement/payout schedule before deletion.
  • Convert remaining balance: Convert any remaining balance to another currency for which you have a bank account, using current date's FX rate, and add it to the other currency account to follow the normal settlement process.

Note

The request must be made by an authorized or delegated signatory of the account. To appoint a new person as a signatory for the account, contact your Account Manager or the Support team.
