Support for applicants on Identities

You must handle any direct questions from your Identities applicants about the process for Identity Verification, Face Authentication, or ID Document Verification via your usual customer support channels. 

Applicants must not contact Checkout.com directly. 

If you need help resolving questions, contact your account manager or request support.
