If an applicant is unable to start an Identities journey, try the following:

Supported browser

If you've integrated with web redirection, ensure the applicant uses a supported browser version.

Supported operating system

If you've integrated with WebView redirection, ensure the applicant uses a supported iOS operating system.

Connection quality

The applicant may have a poor data connection. Prompt them to improve this.
