You must request access to Checkout.com's Trust Center to view and download certain private documents, like the PCI DSS certificate.
To request access:

Go to Checkout.com's Trust Center.

Select Request access in the top bar.

In the pop-up that opens, enter the required details and select Request access.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email notification. You can then view and download the required documents from the Trust Center.
