If you passed the customer.email field in the original payment request, you can use it to find a specific payment's ID in the Dashboard:

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Go to Payments > Processing > All Payments.

Select Filter _and select _Customer in the dropdown.

Enter the cardholder's email in the text box.

Select Add another filter and select Amount in the first dropdown and Equals in the second dropdown.

Enter the original payment amount in the text box.

Select Apply.
All payments that match the filters are displayed. You can use the date picker tool to help you locate the required payment.
- When you've identified the payment, select it. The payment ID is available in the Payment details page that opens.
