In the Dashboard, the status of a payment link may display as Active on the Payment links page but as Captured on the All payments page.
This can happen if the customer closes their browser tab before being redirected to your success URL.
Payment links and the underlying Payment Sessions services both rely on the redirection to receive the payment status change and update the system accordingly.
