Why does my app crash when I try push provisioning?

Your app may intentionally crash when adding a card to a digital wallet using push provisioning with the Issuing Card Management Android or iOS SDK.

This is most likely because you have not yet completed both of the following:

Contact your issuing representative to ensure the following:

  • You've provided all the required onboarding information.
  • Push provisioning is successfully enabled for your account. 

If your onboarding is complete and correct and you still encounter issues, contact issuing_operations@checkout.com.
