Resolved issue still appears in the Integration Health dashboard

If a previously resolved integration issue reappears in the Dashboard, try the following:

  1. Check again tomorrow. Integration Health data is refreshed daily. Changes may take up to 24 hours to display in the Dashboard.
  2. Verify the date range. For example, if you resolved the issue on May 13, set the time picker to May 14, or later. This ensures you are viewing the most recent data.
  3. After adjusting the date range, check if there is any improvement in your acceptance rate for the resolved issues.

If the issue continues to appear, it may indicate that changes on your end have caused the issue to reoccur. Try the following:

  1. Review recent changes or updates to your system that might have affected your integration.
  2. Consult your implementation team to investigate and identify the root cause of the issue.
