My customer's card was declined

To find out why a card was declined:
 

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Payments > Processing > All payments.
    The table displays all payments on your account from newest to oldest. The Status column displays the current status of each payment.
  3. Select a payment to view the payment's timeline and additional details.
