On the Dashboard, you cannot manually add users or change the roles of users who sign in via Single Sign-On (SSO).
To update permissions or add a new user under an SSO configuration, your Identity Provider (IdP) Administrator must perform the following within your IdP:

Ensure a group exists in your IdP that corresponds to the specific Dashboard role you want to assign. Create a new group if required.

Ensure this group is assigned to the SAML Dashboard application.

Add the user to the group that represents their required Dashboard role.
Within the Dashboard, the IAM Admin must ensure the IdP group is correctly mapped to the corresponding Dashboard role.
