The Checkout.com Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) reports directory uses the following hierarchy and folder naming convention:
{client name} > {entity name} > reports-{entity name} > {report-name}
Your Checkout.com client name and entity name are used as the URL pathway. We may adjust names to remove special characters that break the path, if necessary.
