The Checkout.com Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) reports directory uses the following hierarchy and folder-naming convention:
{client name} > {entity name} > reports-{entity name} > {report-name}
If you access reports using SFTP and change your entity name, you must inform your account manager or request support.
This is because your new entity name changes where your reports appear in the directory and we need to create a new folder.
If you want to retain access to your historical reports from your old entity name, we need to migrate them to the new folder before the name change takes effect or you lose access to them.
You must also check your SFTP integration on your side and adjust any logic to account for these changes.
