The Checkout.com Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) reports directory uses the following hierarchy and folder naming convention:
{client name} > {entity name} > reports-{entity name} > {report-name}
If you change your Checkout.com client name or entity name, this changes where your reports appear in the directory.
