Count and total missing from invoices

On Checkout.com invoices:

  • The count is the number of occurrences within the month. For example, the number of chargebacks.

  • The total is the total amount processed. For example, the amount processed in Visa payments.

If you have a gateway-only agreement for a specific payment method, the count and total display as zero. This is because Checkout.com is not in the flow of funds and has not captured any funds.
