Why are there discrepancies between the Dashboard and my reports?

You cannot reconcile the Dashboard against reports for the following reasons:

Data sources

The All payments page in the Dashboard only reflects payment gateway events for payments you've requested. It does not reflect any associated impacts on your sub-account balances.

Many reports reflect financial actions associated with payments that impact sub-account balances, fees, and invoices. 

Time zones

The All payments page in the Dashboard is based on your browser's time zone. 

Reports are generated in either UTC or your browser's time zone. 

Processing errors

Reports do not account for any processing or technical errors that may have affected a payment or gateway event.

Risk arrears

Your account may be subject to risk arrears logic that delays when captures and refunds are processed to manage your credit risk. 

To check if you have risk arrears applied, contact your account manager or request support

Reports do not account for risk arrears.
