Yes, please! If you or your customers identify that a payment is fraudulent, you can report it to Checkout.com directly in the Dashboard. For instructions, see Flag fraudulent payments. This information helps us improve our Fraud Detection solution and fraud prevention systems. We also pass this information on to card schemes, which reduces the likelihood of repeat fraud. If you've set up your webhook receiver, you receive a Fraud reported webhook when a payment is reported as fraudulent.
