Can I see pre-auth vs post-auth fraud analytics?

Analytics for the Fraud Detection solution are automatically broken down by your pre-auth and post-auth risk strategies.

You need one of the following user roles:

  • Admin

  • Risk manager

  • A custom role with the Create, edit, or delete rules permission

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Fraud > Performance.

For each strategy, the following analytics are displayed:

  • The amount declined (pre-auth) or voided (post-auth) in USD

  • The number of transactions affected

  • The decline/void rate
