Can I see fraud analytics per card scheme?

Analytics for the Fraud Detection solution are automatically broken down by card scheme for Mastercard and Visa.

You need one of the following user roles:

  • Admin

  • Risk manager

  • A custom role with the Create, edit, or delete rules permission

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Fraud > Performance.

For each scheme, the following analytics are displayed:

  • The amount of fraud in USD

  • The number of fraudulent transactions

  • The fraud rate from the scheme's fraud report
